This course meets Workplace Health and Safety guidelines for Advanced First Aid and of the Alberta Paramedic Association of Canada National Occupational Competency Profiles. This course is designed for individuals involved in Emergency Response such as firefighters, police, and EMS personnel. This course is also required for certain workplaces and entry into more advanced medical programs such as EMT and Paramedic training.
